The results of an investigation

· They have 50 years on average and are still working riad or apartment: a long-term purchase. In Marrakech, half the properties are bought by foreigners. This is shown by a study conducted last April by Driss effin, doctoral student at the University Mohammed V (Rabat). Very little data are available on these buyers. Who are they? Why invest ilsau Morocco? Are they still active or retired? So many questions effin sought to address through its investigation.
The investigation was conducted based on a sample of 600 buyers, 200 estate agents and 21 notaries in the region. The questions were asked directly in interviews in person.
