Who are they?

Foreign buyers have, on average, about fifty years. One in two aged between 40 and 61 years. But beware! It is not retired: 78.3% of them are still active, contrary to what one might think.

Highlights: More than 60% of the surveyed population have become permanent residents, and two thirds work in Moroccan soil.
